I have a computer science background and experience in implementing user-centered web applications and services integrations. My experience, before I decided to dive into the world of UX Design had me working as a application developer, consultant, team lead, product manager at different companies in India, US and Canada.
From the early days of my career I was lucky to have the opportunity to travel and meet & talk to users of the software applications that I worked on and understand their pain points. It has been my goal ever since to work hard in balancing the needs of my users, in appreciating the problem that needs to be solved, and then applying iterative & practical solutions depending on the business domain.
